We understand that the process of buying a home can be a bit overwhelming. There are rules and regulations coming from all sides, and revealing personal information can feel invasive. It is our job to make this important step toward home ownership a safe, predictable, and hopefully enjoyable experience. Applying for your loan ensures a stronger negotiating position and keeps buyers competitive in a seller's market.
Let Us Help You.
To provide you with options, a snapshot of your financial situation will be required.
There are three ways to share this information with us. We have an online loan application
you can use directly. If you prefer, give us a call and we can do a phone application, or we can
connect face-to-face. In any case, your information is safe and secure
. It remains
confidential and is not shared with any third parties unless they are directly involved
with your loan process.

Loan Approval Process
There are two parts to the loan approval process. First, a home loan application must be initiated.
This application is simple and can be completed online,
in-person, or over the phone.
The information required on the application is standard, most of which can be pulled from memory.
The second part of the loan approval process, after the loan application is completed, is to
verify the information as provided on the loan application.
It is reviewed by an underwriter and a loan approval is issued.
It's always good to be prepared —
